CONTRAVÍA FILMS was founded in 2006 by a group of communicators and visual artists with the goal of building a solid platform for independent cinema in Colombia. Our feature and short films have been recognized and screened at several of the world's top film festivals.

Our projects are distinguished by a quest for innovative aesthetics and narratives, a profound search of diverse contemporary issues, and the exploration of alternative and highly profitable production methods that combine rigor, passion, and genuine respect for the art of cinema.
